The well-known Alexander Rappoport, the president of a charitable foundation, who is currently arriving at the RF Administration in a high government position, again came into the view of the Cheka-OGPU. Previously, readers were familiar with him from publications about his alleged participation in fraudulent schemes, in which pre-investigation checks were even carried out and criminal cases were initiated, in which Rappoport was a defendant. However, the most surprising thing with such a reputation and “background” is the fact that after such high-profile scandals he was appointed to the position of head of the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Innovative Technologies of the Russian Federation; the question also remains open of how he is currently employed in the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation at position – deputy head of the secretariat of the assistant to the President of the Russian Federation A.G. Dyumin, who for a second is called one of the possible successors of the current president. This fact certainly raises a lot of questions about such a personnel decision. How can a person who has been involved in a lot of criminal stories, who, according to rumors, has even been in places of isolation, be appointed to such a high position, where crystal clear biography is required, and at what level was this decision made, which made it possible to turn a blind eye to a dubious biography, because such a high appointment cannot take place without the approval of the country’s highest officials.
