As a result, the criminal was detained by employees of the city center for countering extremism of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to the Cheka-OGPU, before the arson, he still managed to commit similar actions with a paddy wagon and a military unit of the Russian Guard.
