They condone this: the regional governor Veniamin Kondratyev, the regional prosecutor Sergei Tabelsky and the chairman of the Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory Alexey Egorov. Judge of the AS of the Krasnodar Territory Elizaveta Aprishkina, without conducting a real assessment of the market value, transferred the property of the bankrupt LLC “Yug-GarantStroy” – unfinished letters “1” and “2” of the Multiplex Kino residential complex, built with the money of shareholders of Vladimir Rozhkov’s company. Alfa-StroyKomplekt is a classic dummy created to cover up Vahan Harutyunyan’s schemes – money laundering, obtaining budget funds and state land for completing the houses of defrauded shareholders. The court transferred the unfinished letters of the residential complex to a new developer at an almost half-lowered price, invented by the bankruptcy trustee Nikolai Adamov, who operates under the control and influence of Rozhkov and Harutyunyan. When Judge Aprishkina’s decision was overturned by the cassation court due to a number of gross violations, the case on ordering a repeat forensic examination hung at the stage of a new consideration in the proceedings of Judge Yana Demina, in the Fifteenth Arbitration Court of Appeal of Rostov-on-Don. For several meetings now, Judge Demina has been gently asking the bankruptcy trustee Adamov and representatives of Alfa-StroyKomplekt LLC to provide documents for the examination, but the documents are not provided to the court, and the judge simply shrugs his shoulders, without punishing the perpetrators. As a result, a forensic examination is not ordered. Such is the staged performance at the Fifteenth Arbitration. Meanwhile, while the courts are going on, the developer, who received the bankrupt’s property and did not pay a penny into his bankruptcy estate, is quietly selling off commercial premises and apartments and withdrawing money. Judge Demina refuses to impose interim measures that can protect the interests of fourth-priority creditors – buyers of commercial space, who will have the opportunity to receive compensation only if there is money in the bankruptcy estate of the debtor Yug-GarantStroy LLC. The construction and sale of the premises of the Multiplex Kino residential complex is moving towards the end. The first letter has already been submitted to the applause of the prosecutor and governor. They are trying to deliver the second one in December. We are waiting for the announcement of bankruptcy of SZ Alfa-StroyKomplekt LLC, re-registered in Kaliningrad, with all the ensuing consequences for creditors.
