A source from the -OGPU told the details of the detention of a resident of the region, accused of three terrorist in Moscow and the Moscow region.

Earlier, some resources reported the capture of a suspect in the recent arson of a power supply post at the Molzhaninovo station. It turned out to be a resident of Serpukhov, Dmitry Chibisov (born 1997), who, as it turned out, became another victim of scammers. Under the guise of FSB employees, he was convinced to take out loans in the amount of about 6 million rubles, and after the money was sent to the swindlers, the gullible interlocutor was involved in “special assignments for the benefit of the Motherland.”

According to investigators, on August 9, Dmitry Chibisov set fire to a cell phone tower in the area of the Levoberezhnaya platform (Oktyabrskaya Railway). On August 22, at night, a Serpukhov resident came to the power supply post near the Molzhaninovo station (same direction) with a stepladder and bottles with a special flammable mixture. The arsonist managed to throw the lit “shells” into the ventilation and escape. The third episode occurred less than 10 days after the high-profile destruction of the post, Dmitry Chibisov set fire to a car (according to unverified information from a high-ranking security official) in the capital’s Izmailovo district. He was then caught and arrested on September 4 on terrorism charges.

It is noteworthy that in each of the three cases, the arsonist used an unusual flammable liquid, which is very difficult to extinguish with water. She received the “recipe” for the contents of the bottles from a telephone handset and made “Molotov cocktails” at home: in addition to fuel, the composition includes oil, polystyrene foam and other components.
