According to the source of the Cheka-OGPU, the Evraevsky “Transport Reform”, “Personnel Reform in the Regional Government”, “Reform of Local Government Bodies”, “Tourist Center of the Golden Ring”, “School Reform”, are now perceived by Yaroslavl residents as corruption scandals from the Cheremnykhs, the dismissal of the best management personnel, the reduction of hard workers from rural settlements in order to increase their salaries, the purchase of hundreds of millions of useless pleasure boats, speedboats and some pontoons, the insane decision to play around with unique teaching teams without any explanatory work at all.

Instead of solving the problem of orphans in the Yaroslavl region, Evraev and his friend – the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Yaroslavl region, A.A.
