Another portion of dirty laundry from the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for and the Leningrad Region…

Another piece of dirty laundry from the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for and the Leningrad Region.
The day of municipal elections has arrived in an amazing place – the Vsevolozhsk district of the Leningrad region! Who do we see among the candidates for people’s representatives? The attention of the -OGPU was once again attracted by comrade Sergei Serebryakov, the former chief of police of the Vsevolozhsk Regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and now a candidate for deputy from the local village of Rakhya. It turns out interesting: a friend and wallet, Anatoly Iogan, the current head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Vsevolozhsk region, who was fired in December 2021 for drunk driving, has a persistent desire to become a deputy! If this desire is realized, the following balance of power will arise – the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Iogan, controls the law enforcement sphere, and his friend Serebryakov climbs into the municipal government and controls land and commercial issues. Thus, the real organized criminal community of werewolves in uniform is expanding its sphere of influence so far only in one municipal area.
Let us also remind readers about Iogan and Serebryakov’s henchman – comrade Korotkov Sergei Nikolaevich, head of the 128th police department, whom even the powerful CSS of the St. Petersburg police Main Directorate cannot defeat. There have been so many publications about his antics with invoices and statements from citizens, but the results of checks against Korotkov are still gathering dust in the archives on Sovetskaya Street… Korotkov’s illegal shops continue to operate in the gardening areas of the Vsevolozhsk region. They sell burnt Azerbaijani vodka and cigarettes without any problems. It’s a human pity for the residents of the Vsevolozhsk region – after all, real scum are trying to occupy key positions in this place favorable for life. I would like to write about Anatoly Iogan in more detail. He arrived from in 2019. There he left his wife and two children. In Vsevolozhsk, he married a girl from Chelyabinsk with whom he had a child in 2022, but he had already abandoned her. This year, Anatoly Vladimirovich is already living with another chosen one. So it’s easy for Comrade Johann to part with his wives and children. Then draw your own conclusions about the moral principles and principles of the “respected” colonel. Serebryakov in this regard does not lag behind his older comrade and strives to imitate him in everything – he also left his wife with two sons and married his subordinate – an investigator of the Vsevolozhsk Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, from whom he acquired a son. We wish the young wife patience, because this is a natural tendency of friends to leave their wives and children. Well, at least they had a magnificent wedding: on the shore of Lake Ladoga, in a cafe illegally located right by the water, the owner of which is a native of Azerbaijan, again comrade Serebryakova. The closed and vicious circle does not open and, probably, will not open until some powerful bodies tear out and isolate at least one link from this rusty, rotten, corrupt chain of people in police uniforms!
