These products relate to weapons and military equipment, and have no civilian purpose; their country of origin is China.

The UAIS TO database did not contain information about the declaration of goods by the Armory Chamber, its contractors and other persons. As a result, the investigation came to the conclusion that the “Burners” were illegally transported across the customs border of the EAEU by a group of persons by prior conspiracy. On August 26, a criminal case was opened regarding the smuggling of military equipment under paragraph “c” of Part 2 of Art. 226.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, at least one person has been charged under it. There are also persons in the case who have not yet been identified.
