As it turned out later, only a bucket was burning, but everyone was evacuated, and firefighters pulled all their hydrants to the police building, paralyzing the work of the department.
And yesterday the investigator appeared in court, but did not even file a motion to select a preventive measure. After 48 hours, Dmitry Kharitonov and Ruslan Sivakov were released.
