The French TV channel TF1/LCI was the first (and the only one for many hours after the event) to report the arrest of Telegram owner Pavel Durov. The news was published by the channel three hours after the fact of the arrest, in which a source in the investigation reported the entrepreneur’s mistake. 
August 24, TF1: A 39-year-old French-Russian entrepreneur was arrested at around 8:00 pm on Saturday evening as he stepped off his private jet onto the tarmac of Le Bourget Airport. “He made a blunder tonight. It’s unclear why… Was the flight here just a transit? In any case, it’s packed!” a “source close to the investigation” told the channel.
The next day, the TV channel, citing an anonymous investigator, reported that Durov knew about his case and the search, but flew to Paris because of permissiveness. This became the second most cited news after the arrest itself.
August 25, TF1: “One of the investigators,” in a conversation with the channel, “expressed some amazement at the presence in France of a billionaire who knew that he was wanted here,” and Durov came “perhaps out of a sense of impunity,” said one of the sources close to to the point.
A few days later, the TV channel restored the entire chronology of events from the words of an anonymous source, which was presented as an operation that took Durov by surprise.
August 29, TF1: “When he got off the plane, there was nothing unusual for a billionaire. Pavel Durov collects his luggage and heads to the VIP lounge at Le Bourget airport. With him is his assistant and bodyguard of Romanian citizenship. The trio then settles down in a lounge usually reserved for VIPs while their identities are verified. The first policemen – border guards – enter there. They invite them to come upstairs. The police notify Durov of his rights and announce his arrest. “He couldn’t believe it,” says the source… Pavel Durov asks to warn the French billionaire Xavier Niel… He explains that he came to France “to meet with Emmanuel Macron.”
