A “mask show” came to the Mixit office
The premises where the manufacturer of a famous Russian cosmetics brand is located were searched the day before.

As the learned, on the same day, early in the morning, searches were carried out at the personal addresses of the leaders, including its owners Elena Nazarova and Oleg Pay. According to our sources, equipment and documentation related to the company’s activities were confiscated from them and taken away for interrogation.
The Cheka does not yet know for certain what status Mrs. Nazarova and her partner Pai are in now, whether they are witnesses or suspects, and in what criminal case they came to see them. Here you can only build versions and guesses.

And, according to one of them, this could probably be some kind of “fraud” with tax evasion. They say Oleg Pai has a similar experience: the once “successful businessman” and creator of the online furniture store HomeMe did not conduct his business entirely honestly. He owed huge sums of money to suppliers of goods, tenants, carriers, etc. Often the legal entity changed, and the debts remained with the bankrupt companies. Tax schemes have been optimized. By the way, part of the expenses of Pai’s new business Mixit was paid by the furniture company HomeMe.

According to another version, the owners of the brand, whose ambassadors were once Ksenia Sobchak and Ksenia Borodina, got into such trouble due to a conflict between shareholders. For many years now, litigation has been going on between them and the founder of the Mixit company, chemist-technologist Galina Ryazanova, who from the moment of its creation until 2019 was the main developer of Mixit products. Ryazanova is trying through the court to prove her rights to own the business, from which, as Ryazanova herself states, she was actually kicked out fraudulently by the same Oleg Pai and ex-girlfriend Elena Nazarova, while Ryazanova’s share in fact is at least 30% of the company.

At the same time, according to data from the official website, Mixit has 32 thousand sales points throughout Russia, and in 2023 the company sold 25 million products
