The situation with fraud on the part of Matevosyan Hamlet began to threaten the employees of Tula State University themselves, who were accused of violating the rights of an entrepreneur and possible criminal prosecution under Art. 169 of the Criminal Code of the .
Unable to withstand pressure from the supervising prosecutor, Tula State University, in order to avoid negative consequences for itself, was forced to pay the entrepreneur 13 million rubles in 2024 for supposedly high-quality work.

The materials of Hamlet’s criminal activities collected by employees of the economic security unit were destroyed by the entire department.
