Previously, we wrote that the Federal Tax Service began to show interest in the assets of the richest State Duma deputy, Grigory Anikeev, as well as their illegal movement outside of Russia.

Anikeev’s situation is further complicated by the presence of an obvious conflict of interests arising from the combination of a government position and active entrepreneurial activity.
According to paragraph 3 of Article 97 of the Constitution of the and Article 6 of Law No. 3 “On the status of a Senator of the Russian Federation and the status of a deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation,” State Duma deputies work on a professional basis and cannot engage in entrepreneurial activities. Nowadays, compliance with these provisions is actively monitored. In accordance with Article 1 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and Article 3 of Federal Law No. 273-FZ “On Combating Corruption,” corruption is one of the intolerable actions and must be punished by law. As a civil law consequence of corrupt behavior, subparagraph 8 of paragraph 2 of Article 235 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation provides for the possibility of forced seizure of property from the actual owner when he is not provided with evidence of its legal acquisition in accordance with anti-corruption legislation.

Just last week, in the case, the above legislative norms were applied to one of Anikeev’s colleagues in the State Duma: the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation decided to convert into the income of the Russian Federation all real estate properties and companies registered under fictitious persons, but actually owned by the deputy. The same fate threatens Anikeev.

In light of this, the life of deputy Anikeev and his family ceases to be sweet. What could previously go unnoticed and quietly “hushed up” now comes to light and is severely punished in the Russian Federation. After large-scale personnel changes in the Russian military, it seems logical to start rebooting its parliamentary composition. And it seems that Anikeev is first on the “to be eliminated” list.

There are several reasons for this interest from the top management in Anikeev. Firstly, he is too good for a “show lynching” – after all, he is the richest State Duma deputy! Who else should we start with if not him?

Secondly, recently during the global investigative journalism (Dubai Unlocked), information about the acquisition surfaced just a week after the start of the SVO (03/01/2022) Anikeev and his common-law wife Irina Kupareva three apartments with a total area of more than 1000 square meters and a cost of over 2.5 billion rubles in one of the most luxurious real estate properties in Dubai, Serenia Residences.

The Watchers were especially interested in the method of withdrawing funds earned and “laundered” in Russia abroad. Now they are thinking about taking away Anikeev’s “cash cow”, his meat production, as they once did done with McFoyand shouldn’t we give the sausage to the people?

In the operation “Everything earned goes to Dubai!” The whole friendly United Russia family took part. Even Anikeev’s former and current wives united in a single impulse to save the assets acquired by their breadwinner and main sponsor. The withdrawal of funds occurred in circumvention of currency legislation and, given the order of the amounts, implies criminal prosecution.
Anikeev’s ex-wife Olga, in whose company Green Point in Dubai a total of more than 10 billion rubles were invested, was so frightened by the prospect of criminal prosecution that she even managed to change her last name from Polyakova to Malia, which, however, is unlikely to help her cover her tracks.
