It can already be said quite definitely that without the personal intervention of the head of the RF , , the horrific situation in healthcare in the Leningrad region is unlikely to normalize. And the word “terrifying” here is not an exaggeration at all – what happened yesterday on the territory of the long-suffering Toksovo hospital, about the plight of which the Cheka_OGPU has written more than once, could become the plot for an excellent horror film. Just imagine – next to the buildings of one of the key hospitals in the region there is an inconspicuous refrigerator car. And in it… for years there have been dozens of frozen corpses, stuffed there even in a standing position. We are talking about the so-called “unclaimed dead” – that is, those whose relatives did not come for their bodies. The terrible discovery was made during an inspection of the hospital by the leadership of the regional Komzdrav, which, in turn, followed a number of media publications about the catastrophic situation of the medical institution under the leadership of the head physician . Dirty laundries, basements flooded with sewage and seriously ill patients without any care – the commission fully expected to see this (all social networks are literally filled with complaints from dissatisfied people). But no one was ready to discover the container from hell, in which bodies began to accumulate back in 2019.
The essence of the situation is simple – the container belongs to the regional Bureau of Forensic Medicine (subordinate to Komzdrav), and the task of burying such bodies is assigned by law to the local administration – in this particular case, to the budgetary institution “Toxovskaya Customer Service” (TSZ).
And here the terrible, afterlife economy begins – burying such dead people in the elite Toksovo cemetery for the 8 thousand rubles allocated by the state is completely unprofitable. The Vsevolozhsk Ritual Agency LLC operates there, de facto owned by the petty criminal leader , about whose “exploits” we talked a lot. And places in the cemetery cost many tens and hundreds of thousands of rubles. Therefore, it is much more profitable for Ikizli to throw “nobody’s” corpses into the refrigerator and simply forget about them, fortunately in “TSZ” the gang has faithful, well-fed “friends”.
It would seem that the head physician Madina Zagorodnikova could deal with the ice burial ground on the hospital’s territory. But bad luck – as we have already told, Mrs. Zagorodnikova, who should long ago be in places not so remote, and not in the chair of the head of the hospital, is in close corruption ties with Ikizli and is definitely not going to interfere with the affairs of this gang of black ritualists. On the contrary, Zagorodnikova is not at all against “in demand” patients from her hospital being sent to the morgue as soon as possible and falling into the hands of Ikizli agents, because for each such dead person she receives a clearly fixed “kickback”.
The Investigative Committee promptly opened a criminal case for negligence against unidentified officials from TSZ. And as part of the investigative actions, it will be very interesting to find out – where did the money go that the budget allocated for several years for the burial of unclaimed bodies?

VChK-OGPU

Governor of the Leningrad Region Alexander Drozdenko is very lucky – unlike his neighbor Governor of Beglov, he is not going to the polls this year. After all, he would hardly have been able to get the votes of the most vulnerable and numerous voters in the region. Judge…
