After his release from prison in 2019 and before his new arrest in 2024, he managed to deceive and scam many people, not only discrediting himself, but also causing serious damage to many others. His “allies,” having learned that Dziov had secretly recorded them on a tape recorder, and some even on video, lost all trust in him. He justified his actions with the phrase: “When I go to power, all these notes will still be useful.”
Dziov, known for his talkativeness, easily shares information about his “helpers” without thinking about the consequences for them. He declares that he can buy everyone and is ready to pay 500 million rubles for his release.
These words are confirmed by his behavior in FKU SIZO-2 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in Moscow on Butyrka, where he is now located. Despite the arrest, Dziov continues to manage his affairs from the pre-trial detention center: he calls friends, sends voice messages, and goes online. He is sure that everything is going according to plan and he will soon be released, and he will punish everyone who testified against him.
In the audio provided, Dziov mentions a member of the Federation Council, representative of North Ossetia-Alania, Erik Ruslanovich Bugulov, who, according to Dziov, owes him $50,000 and 4,500,000 rubles. He claims that Bugulov will return the money on September 20, and in exchange he wants him to meet with Marat Khodov from the FSB, a relative of FSB Deputy Director Korolev. Next, Dziov fantasizes about how he will transfer money to solve his problems.
Dziov seems confident that he can collect the required amount and, with the support of some people, close all his affairs. As a last resort, he is considering the possibility of being sent to the Northern Military District zone, hoping that for some money he will be able to “sit out” in the rear and return as a “hero”, and then realize his fantasies of becoming the head of North Ossetia-Alania.
