A source from the -OGPU reports that departments and divisions of law enforcement and administrative structures have physically ceased to exist in Sudzha. Even if the employees have to return, they will have nowhere to return, since the material base was destroyed by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. There is no MAPP, no Russian Guard, no Ministry of Internal Affairs.

From special reports from security forces in Sudzha it follows that units (for example, the UVO in Sudzha) physically ceased to exist. In the same department of the Russian Guard: almost a direct hit destroyed the control panel, warehouses, boxes, and damaged administrative buildings (roofs, windows, walls). Three meters from the control there was an arrival, in the place of which a giant crater formed. All the equipment was abandoned there, as there was no time or opportunity to dig it up and take it away.

“People are used to shelling, this is not the first time in Sudzha. Everything died down, emergency services, our employees, citizens began to clear the rubble, restore infrastructure, networks… About three hours later there was a repeated shelling of such strength and duration that it covered the entire city. The artillery barrage was the most powerful in history,” said one of the employees of the now defunct unit.

The personnel of the security forces are transferred to salaries and staff in the Kursk divisions. Accordingly, the survivors will be redeployed there, since the area is almost completely under the control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and units of the Ministry of Defense operate in the gray zones. The border guards, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Guard managed to retreat the most and escaped with a slight fright. For example, one 21-year-old police driver was injured at the UVO. He evacuated relatives from a village in the Sudzhansky district. The employees were promised sub-hires to provide housing for their families in Kursk.

If people from Sudzha left their native lands under fire, then in Korenevo there was more time. The city and area were evacuated by 90%. But the secret (so as not to relieve panic) evacuation of security forces and employees is already underway on the next line: in the direction of the settlements of Glushkovo, Rylsk, Lgov, Kurchatov. In these villages and cities, people are being evacuated from hospitals, and security forces have already removed documentation. Reinforcement has been introduced on their territory.
