The eyes of all Russians, to whom debtors do not return their money, are focused on the court of the Central District of Novosibirsk. A unique judicial practice is being formed there. Previously, people turned to the courts and bailiffs to repay their loans. Thousands of Russians daily write applications to law enforcement agencies, but are always refused due to civil law relations. However, now, if you are a dollar millionaire, a great friend and a serial applicant of the local FSB department, it is enough to write an application there against the borrower and in 2 days a criminal case will be opened, and the debtor will obligingly be put in a pre-trial detention center. The absence of contracts, receipts, appeals to the court, as well as the fact that more than 9 years had passed, the borrower at the time of the loan was outside the , and the showdown between physicists had nothing to do with the tasks of the service, did not bother anyone. And after two months of “”, which has not received any new facts, the investigators ask the court to keep the intractable “businessman” from in a pre-trial detention center for a few more months in order to please their applicant.
It will soon become known whether the courts of Novosibirsk have retained their independence, or, along with the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, they have become another branch of the local “office”, becoming related to it in every sense.

As this situation develops, the -OGPU will talk about its overt and secret participants, in uniform and without, and their true motivation.
