In the Meshchansky district of Moscow, Danil Markovich Grinberg, who was previously convicted several times, launched a vigorous fraudulent activity (before the change of data, Danil Vladimirovich Kozhanov). Thus, Greenberg finds people on the Internet whom he invites to invest in his business. Having received the funds, Greenberg abruptly changes his relationship with his “partners” and immediately begins to talk about the difficulties in business, and then simply disappears from contact. Important detail: all meetings, incl. and to receive money from defrauded persons, Grinberg conducts activities exclusively on the territory of the Meshchansky district of Moscow.
According to one of the episodes of Greenberg’s “investments,” at the end of August 2023, an application was submitted to the Meshchansky Department of Internal Affairs. The check is still being “carried out” by the deputy head of the criminal investigation department, Arsen Gamzatovich Ukhtuev.
The entire check carried out by Arsen Ukhtuev consists of interviewing Greenberg, who, of course, had no intention of deceiving anyone, examining raw materials allegedly purchased with the victim’s money, as well as including “documents” provided by Greenberg.
Everything that Greenberg said, as well as the authenticity of the documents provided, was not verified by anyone. At the same time, the victims were provided with bank statements about large amounts of money transferred to Greenberg, as well as correspondence that directly contradicts Greenberg’s explanation. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that all this is known for certain in the Meshchansky Prosecutor’s Office. However, neither the head of the Department of Internal Affairs for the Meshchansky district, Nikita Alekseevich Ageev, nor the leadership of the Meshchansky prosecutor’s office sees any violations. In their opinion, Greenberg’s business is exclusively a civil relationship, there are no signs of a crime, Arsen Ukhtuev checked everything.
