As the Cheka-OGPU found out, Zemnitsky was always aggressive in his family life. 
In September 2023, the wife filed a claim for divorce, determination of the place of residence of the children and the order of communication in the Khamovnichesky District Court. In this court, Zemnitsky deliberately delayed the process, where to this day there are only pre-trial hearings.
He realized that his chances of winning there were close to zero, since he did not take part in the children’s lives. In order to deprive his wife of property and alimony, he began to make attempts to take them away from his mother by force and take them to the USA.
The first attempt was on 05/30/24 in Vnukovsky, but then he arrived only with a driver, forcibly dragged the children into the car against their will, but his attempt failed, his wife resisted him and used a spray can.
The Moscow police (TiNAO) reclassified himself as a victim and his wife as a suspect. It is obvious that the TiNAO police were paid for by Zemnitsky, since the district police officer quietly refused Natalia Zemnitskaya’s appeal
08/03/24 at 16:15 in Bibirevo, Zemnitsky and a group of thugs forcibly took away the children from his wife, ignoring their cries for help.
