Late in the evening of July 2, 42-year-old employee of the prosecutor’s office Grigory Avakyan, in the building of the central office of the prosecutor’s office of the republic, having previously mixed a potent substance in the water, began to pester his 37-year-old subordinate. Which often, due to work needs, like many other employees, was late at work. But on this day, Avakyan bided his time. The girl tried to resist and was severely beaten. After this, the boss raped her with extreme cruelty for several hours. 
The girl immediately turned to the leadership of the republican prosecutor’s office, the chief prosecutor of the republic, Morozov, promised to look into it. But there was no reaction.
Instead, Morozov ordered that any measures be taken, but this fact should not be made public.
Employees of the prosecutor’s office, knowing that the girl had character, was persistent, and a lawyer in life, began to receive calls from colleagues asking her not to make a big deal out of it, and then threats followed. As a result, realizing that the rapist was not going to be punished, but almost the entire leadership of the prosecutor’s office was trying to protect him, prompted the victim of violence to contact law enforcement agencies, namely the investigative committee.
From this moment the incredible begins. I begin to put incredible pressure on the victim from the prosecutor’s office, due to which she has to ask for state protection. Officially, through the online reception, it is addressed to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation. But this did not give much result. As it turned out, the rapist Avakyan is the favorite of the chief prosecutor of the republic, Morozov. Who ordered the dismissal of the rapist retroactively, and even sent him to a “well-deserved” pension, the help of his colleagues did not end there, then the rapist was assisted in leaving for Georgia. Fortunately, there are still decent employees who detained him almost at the border.
Investigators were not allowed into the prosecutor’s office building for a long time, and they were also not provided with recordings from surveillance cameras. The office where the violence occurred suddenly began renovations. The rapist refused to be examined. And when choosing a preventive measure, arresting the rapist, the prosecutor’s office did not give an opinion “on the validity of the investigation‘s request for arrest.”
In general, as the prosecutor’s office of the republic has already shown itself in the person of the chief prosecutor Alexander Anatolyevich Morozov, it becomes clear that they do not abandon their own, they will not allow the case to go to trial, for this they are doing everything.
They rely on the integrity of the republican investigative committee, and as the sovereign’s eye in this case, the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation, since Morozov is already on the other side. And there are more victims of the rapist, or rather, there were some, but they were intimidated. But after Avakyan was arrested, victims began to say that they had faith in justice.
