However, such agility is explained by the connections found with Orion Plus, which, for example, over the last year received more than 11 billion rubles for the improvement of the infrastructure of Kronstadt. In parallel, in the Leningrad region, an important large bridge near Ust-Luga also finally found its executor. We searched for a year and rewrote the documentation twice. For 1.6 billion rubles, within the framework of the national project, the crossing of the Luga River will be reconstructed by Sergei Rakcheev’s ETS.
Just a year ago, Igor Bukato and his JSC PO Vozrozhdenie laid claim to this large bridge. To protect his interests, he even involved the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia. However, this year he either decided or was persuaded to give way to ETS. Nevertheless, the victories of these two giants lead to the conclusion that after a noticeable reshuffle in the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, the situation has not changed at all. Back in June, we doubted whether Orion Plus would be able to maintain its influence in the St. Petersburg government order after the departure of Andrei Kostyuk. However, we were confident in the position of ETS, because Rakcheev had long ago relied on Deputy Minister Valentin Ivanov.
