The court received an appeal from the supervisory authority; the date for its consideration has not yet been set. As previously reported by the Cheka-OGPU, the investigator of the investigative group of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation petitioned the court to tighten the preventive measure against Reunova on the grounds that she “categorically refused to participate in the inpatient psychiatric examination and at the specified time in the Federal State Budgetary Institution “National Medical Research Center for Psychiatry” and Narcology named after V.P. Serbsky” did not arrive on its own.” 
The judge decided that Reunova did not commit significant violations of the prohibitions established by the court, and her refusal to undergo an examination cannot be regarded as “obstruction of investigative and other procedural actions in a criminal case.” She has been kept under house arrest since January.
The case against the pensioner was initiated back in 2022, after she posted a video on YouTube about the “Putinoid Palaces.” The pensioner is the author of the YouTube channel “PEOPLE’S FRONT OF THE USSR” (878 subscribers). It, in particular, called for the restoration of the USSR and the establishment of Soviet power. The last video in the channel called “No. 13514 IMPORTANT! CONFISCATION OF PALACES AND CASTLES OF THE PUTINIDS” was published two years ago. This is what interested investigators.
