Not only the relatives of the head of the special service do not deny themselves anything, but also their entire entourage – investigative journalist Bolot Temirov published a video in which ex-deputy Zhusupbek Korgonbay uulu is loaded into a luxury business jet, flown in from Batumi, beloved by the Kyrgyz oligarchs. A little earlier, it was Zhusupbek who was seen in the company of Sh. Tashiev, when the latter was losing the budget for the repair of dozens of Soviet emergency buildings. The bid did not go through, the money disappeared – the Bishkek museum of the Panfilov division, which defended Moscow during the Second World War, was demolished.
Apparently, the head of the State Committee for National Security, Kamchybek Tashiev, who is actively skimping on the budget and local businessmen, acts purely in the interests of the people. In the spring, we already wrote that the Kyrgyz secret services were targeting businessman and co-owner of Capital Group Pavel Te. Then they took on representatives of Kazakhmys and other international companies. An absurd story happened with the owner of the Aichurek Central Department Store, Anvar Mametov, whom the State Committee for National Security put on the international wanted list for sponsoring an organized crime group, but then suddenly acquitted – one gets the feeling that Mametov came to his senses and began sponsoring another, state-owned organized crime group…
Almost every day, news flashes in the Kyrgyz media that the State Committee for National Security has “returned this or that object to state ownership.” They write on social networks that the good old Kyrgyz tradition of extorting money from entrepreneurs and flying on a private jet has returned to the country, easily losing unimaginable sums and hiding behind a high position. You can justify yourself endlessly, but how are such actions interpreted in Islam? The question is open, because Tashiev posed with local elders more than once or twice, opening mosques and building a pious image.
A number of experts believe that a slow creeping coup is underway in the country – a transfer of power from the popularly elected president Japarov to his lawless comrade-in-arms Tashiev. Time will tell what actions the head of state will take.
