According to our information, the nephew and assistant of State Duma deputy Adam Delimkhanov, 35-year-old native of Gudermes, Turpal Kuchiev, recently died. He crashed in an accident on the night of July 11 on the way from the airport in Grozny. It is known that he went with a friend to meet the latter’s wife and two children. On the way back, an accident occurred and everyone who was in Turpal Kachiev’s car died. Information about the accident was not included in the incident reports, even in an anonymized version, and the successor Adam Delimkhanov was buried on the same day before sunset. 
Adam Delimkhanov’s nephew Turpal Kuchiev appeared in the complete chronology of the murder of Boris Nemtsov published by journalists as an assistant to his uncle-deputy. On the day of the massacre, February 27, 2015, shortly before the politician was shot, Turpal Kuchiev contacted his boss’ henchman Aslanbek Khataev and spoke with him for 14 minutes. In addition, he regularly communicated with another defendant, Ruslan Geremeev. Both of Turpal Khuchiev’s interlocutors were “removed” from the case: investigators did not even check their involvement. Journalists from the publication “Proekt” recently remembered Khataev and Geremeev in their investigation about Ramzan Kadyrov.
In addition, Turpal Kuchiev was one of the organizers of the execution in the Azerbaijani cafe “Neolit” in February 2019. According to a source from the Cheka-OGPU, after a video appeared on the Internet where Azerbaijanis beat and mocked a Chechen, Adam Delimkhanov ordered the authors of the video to be punished. But his henchmen, in particular his nephew Turpal Kuchiev, staged a massacre in a restaurant in Pechatniki. According to the interlocutor, after the incident, Adam Delimkhanov personally took the assistant out of Moscow.
