Those responsible for numerous plane crashes and accidents, Artyukhov, Artyakhov, Badeh, Kudashkin, Tishchenko and other figures from the management of UEC JSC and Rostec Group of Companies, are constantly being diverted from arrest and compensation for multi-billion-dollar damages by guardians from the Investigative Committee and State Enterprise.
