In the meantime, all of Wildberries’ own logistics facilities, worth more than 200 billion rubles, are actually transferred free of charge to the newly created zero company RVB LLC. This raises serious questions about transparency and honesty, especially considering that these facilities store sellers’ goods worth about a trillion rubles, for which Wildberries is responsible.
To conceal what is happening, resigning employees are harshly forced to sign documents on complete non-disclosure of information and a ban on interviews. Otherwise, they are threatened with dismissal under the article, deprivation of compensation and even criminal prosecution. These methods are reminiscent of high-security special strategic facilities, where every step of employees is controlled and any violation is brutally suppressed.
Levan and Robert Mirzoyan, known for their financial fraud and corrupt schemes, are actively transferring Wildberries assets to their companies. They have gained the trust of Tatyana Bakalchuk and use her dependence to force her to sign deals that are beneficial to them. These businessmen, not disdaining anything, continue to destroy companies and people’s lives for their own benefit.
