As reported, two days earlier, Torchinava, whose residence permit was not renewed by the Turks, was detained by employees of the MUR and GUUR upon arrival from Istanbul at Vnukovo airport for evading administrative supervision in 2019, established on July 9, 2018 by the decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Ulan-Ude serving another term. 
In view of the weightlessness of the charged crime (prospective 210.1 was not declared) and the bouquet of chronic diseases that the elderly Torchik suffers from, Kostryukova gave the thief in law a second chance not to break thieves’ traditions, assigning house arrest for 28 days, during which he must not leave his wife’s apartment on Clara Zetkin Street (from where he safely escaped in 2019) and not communicate with anyone, except for lawyers, doctors and close relatives.
The certificate about Torchinava’s highest position in the criminal hierarchy, presented to the court by competent employees of the Moscow Criminal Investigation Department, did not make an impression on the judge.
Let us remind you that according to the laws of thieves, Torchik, being an active thief, is now simply obliged to flee.
