Nevertheless, the defendants prepared an acceptance certificate for the work performed, knowing reliably how things really were on the ground. The damage under this contract is exactly equal to its amount. In addition, the defendants performed similar actions under other contracts. The total amount of stolen goods is at least 197.7 million rubles.
In parallel with this, forester Novikov is charged with another episode of theft for 3 million rubles when drawing up a contract for the renovation of the North-Western Forestry building.
