And so, on the evening of August 12, 2023, that is, on a day off and during off-duty hours, two employees of military investigative bodies who served in the Armed Forces of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the OGV (s), Major of Justice
Sobol E.V. and Lieutenant Colonel of Justice Karpov A.V., were relaxing in the Birkhov cafe in Lugansk, LPR, where they drank alcohol. These employees were dressed in civilian clothes, did not get drunk (during examination the next day, no traces of alcohol were found in the blood), and did not conflict. At this time, seconded employees of the Russian Guard in the Khabarovsk Territory and Amur Region arrived at the cafe, who, due to the closure of the cafe, escorted all visitors out, including
and the above-mentioned employees of the Investigative Committee, who went to their places of residence. According to some reports, there was a verbal conflict between employees of different departments.
Subsequently, as will be established during the audit, employees of the Russian Guard were: V.Yu. Maydankin, A.A. Yakovlev, T.A. Kasabiev, I.V. Kryuchkov, D.O. Vasiliev, and possibly other employees . 
Than Major of Justice Sobol E.V. and Lieutenant Colonel of Justice Karpov A.V. became objectionable to the brave Russian Guards of Cardinal V.V. Zolotov, it is also unclear, but after 5 minutes, not far from the cafe, Sobol E.V.
and Karpov A.V. were detained by Russian Guard officers using weapons and physical violence, which was recorded by a surveillance camera. The ownership of Sobol E.V. did not stop the Russian Guards. and Karpova A.V. to employees of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, their IDs, as well as communications, were confiscated.

and their beating continued, including using electric shock
(one of the employees later suffered 63 electrical burns at the 5th point). Having fun riding around Lugansk LPR in the “electroparty” style, the employees of the Russian Guard threw out E.V. Sobol. and Karpov A.V. in a field 5 km
from the city, without means of communication.
ICR employees submitted applications to management. And then events took an extremely interesting turn. The leadership of the military investigative bodies, having resolved the issues with the Russian Guard, concealed this fact and did not conduct a pre-investigation check until 2024, when complaints from victims began to pour in. To be precise, the inspection was not registered, although in fact the inspection activities were carried out in the first days until the management resolved the issues with the National Guard. Subsequently, the accumulated verification materials were already used as official proceedings to attract
Sobol E.V. and Karpov A.V. to disciplinary liability.
In the refusal decision dated June 2024, the investigator simply came
to the brilliant conclusion that the rights and legitimate interests of Sobol E.V.
and Karpov A.V. not significantly damaged, just a fun trip
and a walk.
To this day, none of the employees of the Russian Guard in question and who are already known to the leadership of the military investigative authorities have been brought to criminal responsibility.
What about the fate of employees Sobol E.V. and Karpov A.V.? It’s simple, they are to blame for being intoxicated in a public place, having lost their official IDs, and they don’t care that their official IDs were confiscated by employees of the Russian Guard. Each of them was declared incomplete for service and they were sent to serve in “not the most popular places.” At the same time, one of the employees, as unwanted, has already been fired from the military investigative bodies, having previously refused to dismiss him due to the end of his contract, since he is a needed specialist.
