The Cheka-OGPU has at its disposal materials about drunk driving by the current deputy of the Irkutsk Duma from United Russia, Alexei Kudryavtsev, who, on the eve of new elections, is trying to hush up this situation using his high connections. 
As follows from the materials, deputy Alexey Vladimirovich Kudryavtsev was detained by traffic police officers on the night from 04/05 to 04/06/2024 on an arrest warrant for driving a vehicle (Mercedes-Benz G-Class) by a driver under the influence of alcohol/drugs. The deputy refused a medical examination. At the same time, he made many calls to high-ranking officials and other deputies on the spot, connected all his connections, incl. police officer, in order to put pressure on traffic police officers and block the preparation of a protocol. But the protocol was drawn up for No. 38rp353144. There were attempts to destroy it, but they failed.
Through the “roof” and corrupt connections, Deputy Kudryavtsev agreed to have his driver’s license deprived of him after the elections scheduled for September 8, 2024. There was also an attempt to transfer documents and a CD with deliberate errors to the court in order to “pull out” the case . However, the “agreement” did not go through, since the entire process was already “conducted” by employees of the OSB of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. As a result, the case is in court, internal checks are underway.
Tellingly, this is not the first time that the Irkutsk United Russia is betting on people with a criminal background. Thus, the current deputy of the Irkutsk City Duma from United Russia, Alexander Safronov, was previously deprived of his driver’s license for driving while drunk, and was caught again as a “disqualified person.” But, as in the case of deputy Kudryavtsev, he was not expelled from the party and was not deprived of his mandate. And just recently, another deputy of the Irkutsk Duma from United Russia, Georgy Ni, was detained for smuggling and transported to Vladivostok.
It is important that all three – Kudryavtsev, Safronov and Ni – were nominated in the United Russia primaries as “main candidates” and were actively promoted by Irkutsk political administrators.
According to the Cheka-OGPU, this trio is not the last surprise to the federal leadership of United Russia from the “Irkutsk comrades.” We are monitoring the situation.
