After the publication of material about the strange loss of writs of execution in the Investigative Committee for the South-East Administrative District, the Cheka-OGPU decided to update the status of another criminal case initiated by the Investigative Committee for the South-Eastern Administrative District I.S. Popov against the former deputy chairman of the State Property Committee Sergei Molozhavyi. Incited on 07/27/23 with a clear violation of jurisdiction. The case of “one of the fathers of privatization” promised to be high-profile. But no leaks about the case appeared either from the investigation or from Molozhavyi’s lawyers, and the Cheka-OGPU at the beginning of the year independently found out the details of the case and came to the conclusion that it was futile . 
After this publication, numerous complaints from Molozhavoy’s lawyers, and the Moscow City Court’s cancellation of a number of fundamental decisions for the case by the pocket court of the Investigative Committee of the South-East Administrative District – Kuzminsky District, the Main Investigative Directorate for Moscow finally became interested in the case and requested it for verification. Despite the devastating conclusions of the inspectors for the investigation, they decided not to air their dirty linen in public, and on June 5, the investigator in the case, Mikhail Oboznov (for the third time since its inception), canceled the decision made by his predecessor to accuse Molozhavyi, issuing a new one (available to the Cheka-OGPU).
As predicted by the Cheka-OGPU, the yacht and offshore companies allegedly stolen from the victims in the case of the Gitlin brothers disappeared from the indictment. The charge of defrauding the Amsterdam court also disappeared, and its decision was called a “legal act.” But the decisions of the Russian arbitration court were only “raised from the ground” by investigator Oboznov, who boldly called the decisions of the Russian arbitration “illegal legal decisions” in the new indictment.
Well, the cherry on the cake: the value of the property allegedly stolen from the Gitlins decreased 18 times, from 4 billion rubles. up to 225 million rubles The entire criminal case came down to a banal collision of a bankrupt who did not want to pay his debts (the Gitlin brothers) against a stubborn creditor (Sergei Molozhavyi), and the amount of damage by the Gitlins in the amended charge coincides to the nearest penny with the amount of their debt to Molozhavyi’s Dutch company NEMS, established by the ASGM in case A40 -68412/18.

Also, only by coincidence of circumstances does the Investigative Committee of the South-East Administrative District explain the fact that criminal case No. 12302450039000059, initiated by colleagues from the South-Eastern Administrative District and transferred to the South-Eastern Administrative District, again with a violation of investigative jurisdiction, was filed against the youngest of the Gitlins under Art. 303 of the Criminal Code (falsification of evidence) was also sent to M. Oboznov for investigation and was quietly closed by him.
The Cheka-OGPU will wait for the results of the battle, where on Molozhavoy’s side are the Amsterdam Court, the BVI High Court, the ASGM and the Moscow City Court, and on the Gitlins’ side is the 35-year-old investigator of the Investigative Committee of the South-East Administrative District, Mikhail Oboznov. Although, as EURO 2024 teaches us, Georgia can beat Portugal.
