Blackmirror published letters from the mail of the former deputy head of the Department of Property Relations of the Ministry of Defense Daniil Sukhanov. 
Daniil Sukhanov asks for advice from Ekaterina Sukhanova (who also worked in the structures of the Ministry of Defense) regarding the program for distributing funds from the budget. As part of the presentation, he also talks about his past affairs, mentioning close work together with TVI (former Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Timur Ivanov) and Filatov (former head of Oboronlogistics). Timur Ivanov and Anton Filatov were arrested and are under investigation.
So, Filatov sends Sukhanov a letter regarding the enforcement proceedings of bailiffs to JSC “1470 Logistics Management Department”. Recently, the Cheka-OGPU wrote about a criminal case where this joint-stock company is mentioned. As can be seen from the context of the letter, Filatov reports on the progress in the case to Sukhanov.
Sukhanov’s archive contains correspondence with Timur Ivanov’s former deputy for Oboronstroy, Larisa Levina Larisa. The topics of correspondence are varied, but they are devoted to one thing – the use of budget funds.
