Forbes published a rating of businessmen – the largest payers of personal income tax. In the top, along with the owners of Novatek Leonid Mikhelson and Lukoil Vagit Alekperov, was, as his publication calls, “a certain Alexey Trofimov.” The personal income tax paid by this businessman amounted to at least 1.042 billion rubles in 2023, and personal income, accordingly, was at least 6.945 billion rubles.
