Such illegal decisions are further executed by the State Council of the Republic of Crimea by issuing Resolutions on including the property of such persons in the List of Property Accounted as Property of the Republic of Crimea. According to the Cheka-OGPU, then an armed group headed by a well-known authoritative cashier, wanted by the FBI, Evgeny Dvoskin (aka Slutsker), is sent to the enterprises.
