“But for some reason, no one has thought of increasing the number of these same offices, into which, in addition to investigators from the Investigative Committee, their colleagues from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and lawyers regularly crowd in queues. Probably because this is impossible in the harsh realities of the system, and people will continue to wait for months for defenders, and for years to wait for the completion of the investigation,” believes the interlocutor of the Cheka-OGPU.

Another initiative that is being developed within the TFR also looks vague. So far, this good intention, which in theory should save both time and paper, looks fantastic.
