According to the source of the -OGPU, after publications on our channel about the corruption brainchild of the “king of state contracts” in the capital region, Regionpromstroy LLC, which belongs to the ex-official from the Government and the Ministry of Defense Alexander Kosovan from the beneficiary of the holding, and concurrently the current adviser to the Department of Construction Moscow, an unpleasant conversation took place with the head of the customer service – the Moscow Civil Construction Department, Damir Gazizov. As a preventive measure, a lawsuit was filed on July 1 in the Moscow Arbitration Court for the recovery of funds from Kosovan’s company. According to the interlocutor, in view of the bankruptcy application filed against Regionpromstroy LLC by the Kosovan holding, state contracts of Regionpromstroy LLC for the construction of houses and administrative buildings in the Fili-Davydkovo, Northern Izmailovo and Perovo areas are planned to be transferred to FSK Leader. In relation to the largest subcontractor of Regionpromstroy LLC – the company SK Berkut LLC – and its director Oleg Zhuchkov, supervisory and regulatory authorities are checking the intended use of funds in the implementation of government contracts.
