In the Samara region, there are several criminal groups specializing in fraudulent activities on a particularly large scale and raider takeovers, operating under the auspices of the head of the Investigative Committee for the Security Service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Samara Region, Dmitry Varyukhin and former FSB officer Pavel Seleznev. Thus, in the Krasnoglinsky district of Samara, part of the water territory of the “Krasnoglinsky Boat Club” was seized by law enforcement agencies for the ordinary criminal actions of “Zhuzhi” and “Frol” remain without proper consideration, the administration and prosecutor’s office are also inactive, of course, thanks to the administrative resource of Varyukhin and Selezneva. In Togliatti there is a similar group of Andrei Malyutin and his accomplice Irina Goryanina, under the patronage of a high-ranking officer. The latter, by the way, is a relative of the aforementioned Dmitry Varyukhin, who carries out raider seizures of expensive real estate and illegal cashing of illegally obtained funds.
