Beslan Karimov, who is hiding in Turkey from Russian law enforcement officers and the “treasurer” of the State Duma deputy from Chechnya, Adam Delimkhanov, not only concocts schemes with fictitious participation in the war in order to replenish the budget of the Akhmat Kadyrov Foundation for the needs of the Northern Military District, but also offers other delicate services, for example, custom-made initiation of criminal cases cases in Chechnya for any resident of the Russian Federation. According to Karimov, “if necessary,” you can not only initiate a criminal case, but also put a person on the federal wanted list. “If necessary – [дело за] They’ll do it in three seconds,” Karimov assures his interlocutor. The money received for the “service” goes to the Akhmat Kadyrov Foundation. 
According to Karimov, the Chechen security forces “will not even travel” outside the republic, but will simply “give orders” to colleagues from other regions, according to which they will detain whoever they need and take them to Chechnya. As an example, Delimkhanov’s “treasurer” told the story of the notorious businessman Igor Gaivoronsky, “offended by the Armenians.” He came to the Chechens in a BMW X7 with a request to resolve the issue of opening a case against the offenders. “Right now they’ve already done the job, right now they’ll take it away in the next few days. The republic’s prosecutor called. Aslanbek’s nephew called the Ministry of Internal Affairs to help. The task force is coming to help,” says Karimov.
To avoid a stir in Telegram channels and the media at the official level, security forces issue orders “so that they don’t write to the press that they have arrived.” “They are officially notifying. Previously, the Cheka-OGPU published a recording in which Karimov offers release from prison through the SVO (from 10 million rubles, which also must be transferred to the Akhmat Kadyrov Foundation.
At the same time, Beslan Karimov guarantees that a trip to the front line is excluded, and all participation in the SVO will be formal and resemble a resort. The scheme is simple: first the client makes a donation, for example, 10 UAZ cars, then signs a contract as a volunteer for a period of 4 to 8 months. The newly minted Akhmatova students spend the first few months in Chechnya, where they supposedly undergo training, and then go to their place of deployment away from the front, alternatively, to the Bryansk region.
“People live there like in a resort, rent apartments, fuck women,” Beslan Karimov described the conditions.
According to him, the amount includes awards and rehabilitation/closure of the criminal case. Some Aslanbek and Alikhan are doing this. Moreover, the latter is a relative of Beslan Karimov; he recently became the deputy of his “son” (most likely one of Ramzan Kadyrov‘s sons)
