Close to Ramzan Kadyrov‘s right hand, State Duma deputy Adam Delimkhanov has been conducting his business from Turkey in recent years. In Russia, Beslan Karimov, a 53-year-old native of the Chechen city of Urus-Martan, is wanted on charges of fraud and forgery of documents. That did not prevent him from receiving a passport in Turkey in 2022 in the name of Dires Emre. From there, he tries with all his might to fulfill, as he himself put it, the command from the leadership to replenish the Kadyrov fund (for the needs of the Northern Military District). In other words, he and all the close fixers and bandits were given complete carte blanche not only for traditional racketeering and extortion, but also for VIP services of the security forces of the republic, just pay tribute. 
For example, returning to Russia if you are on the run and closing the criminal case for which you are wanted costs from 10 million rubles. Rescue from prison will cost the same amount if the client is already behind bars. At the same time, Beslan Karimov guarantees that a trip to the front line is excluded, and all participation in the SVO will be formal and resemble a resort. The scheme is simple: first the client makes a donation, for example, 10 UAZ cars, then signs a contract as a volunteer for a period of 4 to 8 months. The newly minted Akhmatova students spend the first few months in Chechnya, where they supposedly undergo training, and then go to their place of deployment away from the front, alternatively, to the Bryansk region.
“People live there like in a resort, rent apartments, fuck women,” Beslan Karimov described the conditions.
According to him, the amount includes awards and rehabilitation/closure of the criminal case. Some Aslanbek and Alikhan are doing this. Moreover, the latter is a relative of Beslan Karimov, he recently became the deputy of his “son” (most likely one of the sons of Ramzan Kadyrov) and was immediately able to “close the issue” of his father, who, according to the “treasurer”, has been living on the run for more than 20 years for kidnapping and participation in the OPS. And this is far from the only case that the interlocutor boasted about.
Before his escape to Turkey, Beslan Karimov lived for some time in Krasnodar and “solved” local affairs. One of his clients is still the notorious businessman Igor Gaivoronsky, who recently came to the Chechens in his BMW X7. According to the “treasurer”, the businessman was offended by some Armenians and he organized the initiation of a criminal case through the hands of the security forces of the Chechen Republic. Beslan Karimov, using the same sauce, offered to arrange any service in this area: from initiating a criminal case, to putting opponents on the wanted list and organizing orders for the capture and delivery of the people he needed to Chechnya.
