The channel has acquired an audio recording directly proving the involvement of Kazakh citizen Liliya Anoshina in the theft of cars, who for some reason is still being protected at the police department in the Khamovniki, Yakimanka and Strogino districts, where episodes of car theft are being investigated.
In the audio recording, Liliya Anoshina fearlessly threatens car owners with the fabrication of criminal cases through her connections in the police and the FSB, and also promises physical violence, extorting a power of attorney for the sale of cars to her accomplice Matvey Nosov.
Nevertheless, Anoshina to this day transfers money to “whoever needs it” and resolves issues with district police departments, where they openly spit on the demands of the Prosecutor’s Office to initiate criminal proceedings in all cases.
Feeling her impunity, Liliya Anoshina ordered the kidnapping of the victim Likhachev and witness Terekhov I. in Almaty. This chaos is actively covered by reputable Kazakh journalists, while Moscow police continue to drink coffee with scammers.
Anoshina is assisted by her personal lawyer Tatyana Belova, who filed a deliberately false denunciation against Vladislav Likhachev, and also falsified his telegram account in order to fabricate correspondence.
Liliya Anoshina also added a fake receipt with a forged signature of Vladislav Likhachev to the case materials in order to confuse the investigation.
As our channel previously reported, this is not their first fake. In Almaty, a criminal case was opened against Anoshina and Belova for forging the signatures of local businessmen on documents and receipts.
We hope that the head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, and Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov, will still be interested in the lawlessness in Moscow of the foreign citizen Anoshina, before Anoshina forges their signatures, and will take all episodes of the case under personal control, otherwise the district police will continue to enrich themselves by covering up the fraudster Lilia Anoshina.
