The representative of the most powerful and most corrupt clan in the Main Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for the city of Moscow – the First Deputy Head of the capital’s central administration, General Vitaly Saksin – is now making every effort to head the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow region after the resignation of Alexander Starikov. If Saksin heads the Main Directorate of the Investigative Committee near Moscow, then the Saksin-Vazagov-Menshov combination will in fact take full control of the Investigative Committee’s investigation in the entire Moscow region. And the current actual leadership of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow region in the form of Doinikov and Ivarlak understands this well, and really hopes that this will not happen – after all, they and their “roof” will definitely not be able to make a “wedding general” out of Saksin following the example of Starikov.
