As the Cheka-OGPU learned, a criminal investigation has been completed against a representative of military unit No. 55056 of the FSB, Sergei Parotikov, known for his expensive government contracts (to support the top leadership of the FSB), accused of fraud on an especially large scale (Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) . The materials were submitted to the court last week for consideration on the merits; the officer is in custody.

Also involved in the Parotikov case are the namesake of the head of the 3199 military representative office of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Mikhail Dudarenko, the former general director of Murom Radio Plant JSC Svyatoslav Denisov and a certain Maxim Nechaev. All three have been charged with the same thing and are being held under house arrest.

The Cheka-OGPU previously reported that in April 2023, a case was opened regarding theft during the purchase of expensive walkie-talkies for the needs of the FSB, for which representatives of contractor firms were detained. For example, in tenders held by military unit 55056, journalists found a Suzuki scooter for half a million rubles, a “patrol boat” with a stereo system, LCD TV, bed lighting and tinted windows for 22 million rubles, two Mercedes S 350 L 4matic cars for 5, 5 million rub. and Mercedes S 500 L 4matic for 6.1 million rubles. Or there were such orders as the purchase of engraving equipment, 168 ice picks with replaceable picks, tie clips for 2.1 million rubles, 300 pieces of “FSB emblems in frames” for 442.5 thousand rubles.
