The task is not easy in the current realities. The former head of the Fifth Service, Sergei Beseda, created an exchange “asset” in the form of Paul Whelan, Evan Gershkovich and other citizens of various foreign countries.
Alexey Komkov himself is a rather private person. Plays hockey well. He is in serious opposition to the Feoktistov-Tkachev clan. Among his close people, we can highlight the former businessman Eduard Levchenko (lives in Montenegro; he was previously detained and served a sentence in Russia in a criminal case, which was accompanied by Tkachev’s operatives in order to obtain evidence against Komkov as part of clan wars in the FSB), as well as the deputy governor Nenets Autonomous Okrug Alexandra Dudorova (graduate of the Golitsyn Border Institute of the FSB and ex-head of the urban settlement of Golitsino, Odintsovo municipal district, Moscow region).”
