Back in April of this year, the leadership of the Presidential Administration and the Security Service of the President of Russia decided to extend quarantine measures related to COVID 19. They decided to extend it immediately for 6 years, until 2030. 
Mandatory testing for Covid of everyone, without exception, from ministers, friends, SBP and FSO employees who do not come into contact with the president, but are in the so-called gray zone, 20 or more meters from the first person.
Those who must have contact with Putin (shaking hands or sitting or standing next to him) in the red zone will face a mandatory one-week quarantine.
As a rule, this is all at government expense; the price for a week’s imprisonment with food starts from 100 thousand rubles per person.
People are literally locked up in proven hotels or boarding houses (as a rule, these are subordinate institutions of the presidential administration), food is delivered remotely and they are constantly checked for the presence of Covid and about 10-15 other infections.
The source of the Cheka-OGPU also noted that in addition to accredited laboratories where they test for covid and other viruses, there is a special laboratory for collecting tests, which is located right on Old Square (listed as a military unit subordinate to the FSB) in the building of the Presidential Administration.
There, according to our source, tests are secretly taken to determine whether the person being tested has had contact with toxic substances. It’s not so much the fear of Covid or some kind of flu, but the possibility of carrying a toxic substance.
Toxic substances are quite toxic and any contact with them leaves a trace that can be detected in laboratory tests. This is precisely the reason for the extension for 6 years of mandatory testing of everyone who, in one way or another, can come into contact with Putin, our source believes.
In addition, many drew attention to the strengthening of inspection measures and personal searches of everyone without exception. At the inauguration, the parade was simply unprecedented.
