1. The investigation carried out 3 forensic examinations proving the absence of theft;
2. In May 2022, to the investigation’s request, the victim responded that the prices in the specifications were calculated according to a formula and coincided with the calculations, and provided the above-mentioned disk as evidence. But already in January 2023, the victim, responding to the same request, changed his mind and replied that the prices in the specifications do not coincide with the calculations according to the formula, while the representative of the victim, who double-checked the data, was a lawyer with no economic knowledge, experience or has no economic education, and made a mistake when calculating the average exchange rate. The investigation did NOT double-check the calculations. It did NOT provide an examination for the consistency of prices in specifications and formulas. In the accusation, the investigation used an answer that was favorable to him.
