The head of the Rakityansky district of the Belgorod region, Anatoly Klimov, having taken his post in 2019, managed during the first 4 years not only to provide the entrepreneur Ibragimov with contracts worth more than 100 million rubles (from the supply of slippers, to repairs and food), but also to fail everything significant tasks for commissioning social facilities on time.
After all, this is not surprising, having taken the chair of the head, Klimov gathered around him a friendly team of previously convicted citizens and employees dismissed from the Ministry of Internal Affairs due to “negativity,” as well as other minions.

Instead of working, this entire friendly, organized group took up what they knew how to do: intimidation, protection, and “mastering” the flow. In fact, plunging what was once one of the most successful areas into scandals and ruin.
Particular attention in Klimov’s contacts is drawn to Sergei Aleksandrovich Senatorov (second from the right in the joint photo), who until 2019 was an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and then a resident of the Rakityansky district, in fact one of the organizers of the smuggling channel from Ukraine to Russia.

According to sources, for a long time Klimov was protected by one of the deputy. The governors of the region, who are now in a pre-trial detention center, blocked all the negativity regarding Klimov.
