On the website of the Krasnogorsk court there appeared a record of the first hearing on the claim to invalidate a transaction for the alienation of real estate, squeezed out by high-ranking Chechen security officials from a Moscow businessman.
Let us recall that earlier in the course of the operational investigation and SITKS, it was established that a number of senior traffic police officers of the Chechen Republic were involved in kidnapping, illegal detention, extortion and a number of other crimes, such as theft of personal belongings and property, false denunciation, fabrication of criminal cases, falsification evidence, etc. During the investigation, it was also possible to establish where and what the stolen funds were used for. The direct perpetrators – Colonel Adam Shataev and his subordinate Aslan Deniev, as well as the Moscow region operative Ruslan Deniev – the younger brother of one of the defendants, were fired with wolf tickets immediately after the publicity on our channel.
