A bribe from a dead general. Higher education reform efforts and development…

A bribe from a dead general. Efforts to reform higher education and develop scientific dialogue between the Investigative Committee and the Prosecutor General’s Office are bearing their first fruits. Together they proved that the other world exists. An extensive evidence base has been collected. The defense of this outstanding discovery took place not at the dissertation council of Moscow State University, but in the Moscow Military Garrison Court. The possibility of establishing a material connection with the other world was also proven. It turns out that you can not only transfer information, but also money. So far, only cash transfer in dollars has been scientifically proven. Representatives of the clergy were not involved as experts in this trial. Their opinion about the discovery is not yet known. According to the prosecution, it was the Chairman of the Council of Veterans of the Military Counterintelligence Department, and the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Veterans of the FSB, General Igor Shakhov, who personally was an intermediary in the regular transfer of bribes totaling in ruble equivalent to 87 million to FSB Colonel Dmitry Frolov from September 30, 2007 to July 16, 2013 146 thousand 655 rubles 40 kopecks.
General Shakhov was taken on his last journey and buried at the Troekurovskoye cemetery in Moscow in January 2012 with full honors. But according to the prosecution, Frolov continued to receive bribes through the mediation of the general for another year and a half, until July 16, 2013. On April 26, 2023, the Basmanny Court of Moscow unexpectedly came to the defense of the deceased general, establishing in its ruling that FSB Major General Igor Shakhov had nothing to do with the criminal case of transferring bribes to FSB Colonel Dmitry Frolov.
Details are in the program “Bribe from a Dead General.”
The announcement of the verdict against Dmitry Frolov in the Moscow military garrison court is scheduled for June 4.
