Competitions for filling vacant positions of notaries continue to be held according to a normative legal act that has been recognized as corruptible, and according to their results, strangely enough, it is mainly the children of notary parents who died in advance at their own request or persons who have worked in the notary office for 2-3 years who become notaries. While notary assistants who have worked for 10-15-20 years, but do not have money and/or the necessary connections, cannot win competitions.
