As it turned out, the organizers of this attack were ex-deputy head of Rosspirtprom Dmitry Bylino, former chief accountant of Rosspirtprom Ekaterina Nikolova and director of the Department of Digital Labeling of Goods and Legalization of Trade of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Vladislav Zaslavsky. Moreover, Dmitry Bylino talks right and left that the former curator of the alcohol market, Anatoly Yablonsky, supports all his actions. But whether this is actually so, we do not know.
