According to the regulations on the Main Directorates of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, in the absence of the first deputy chief, a replacement for the fire service is successively appointed to perform duties, then for crisis management, then for supervisory activities. The position that Simonenko holds is not even in the specified position, but the leadership of the Ministry of Emergency Situations promotes Simonenko to a higher position, despite his openly “criminal” biography and legal requirements.

But in fact, this is an official forgery on the part of Yu.P. Mazeev. and Platonikhin, since, according to reliable information, Colonel of the Internal Service Simonenko S.A. traveled abroad more than 30 times and visited countries such as the USA, Israel, France, Germany, Turkey, Egypt, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria and a number of other countries.
Not only are there people in his close circle (Dugov N.I.) who are members of the Falun Dafa sect, recognized as extremist in the Russian Federation, but Simonenko himself, with security clearance, travels with Dugov abroad. The question remains unclear how one can go on expensive tours around the world with the salary of a colonel of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (no more than 80 thousand rubles).
The apotheosis of cynicism is the following situation. According to the objective certificate signed by the same Yu.P. Mazeev, Colonel Simonenko took part in the liquidation of emergency situations associated with flooding in the city of Krymsk and the Krymsky region, which occurred in July 2012. But it is reliably known that at the time of the emergency in the city of Krymsk, Simonenko was on another European tour.
At this time, the then acting captain D.N. Goncharov, from the first day of the flooding and the entire subsequent week, spent waist-deep in mud and icy water in the city of Krymsk, rescuing people, removing them from roofs, pulling them out of the water and eliminating the consequences of the emergency. Captain Goncharov is the same one who is a victim in several criminal cases.
As a result, “citizen” Simonenko, having had a good rest in Europe, received departmental awards, and Goncharov was given a certificate. And, by the way, due to the consequences of the rescue work, Goncharov underwent 4 operations in private groups, and at his own expense.
A similar situation occurred in August 2012, when Simonenko, without leaving yet another binge and while on official sick leave, inexplicably “distinguished himself” in rescue work to eliminate emergency situations in the village of Novomikhailovsky, Tuapse district, Krasnoda Territory. All this can be easily checked using sick leave certificates and facts of crossing the Russian border.
Therefore, Symonenko’s appointment looks like an outright mockery of the law, justice, common sense and the foundations of our society. It turns out that marginalized people like citizen Simonenko are needed in the Ministry of Emergency Situations like air, since the leadership cares so much for them, and the ministry categorically gets rid of altruists like Goncharov and similar decent employees.
